Skin Colour: Tan, since he usues the Hydration technique (go to jutsus) his skin is a watery substance nearly all the time. if hit it would seem like hitting water, but this makes him extremely vulnerable against lightning jutsu.
Teeth (i know kinda random): Spiky teeth
Accessories: A black chain bracelet on his left wrist
Clothing: A white and blue shirt (sleeves are blue, rest is white), big white long scarf, black pants, black ninja shoes, and his sword belt goes across his torso and his amaegakure headband is attatched to it. (look at the avatar)

Background story: Not known, but what is known is that he is from the Kaguya clan and was from the hidden mist, but was put in Amaegakure when he was a baby. And that Suigetsu Hozuki was his first Teacher.
