Description:This jutsu is the one electrically-based jutsu Raiga can do without his swords. Using it, Raiga can cause a rockslide by sending a wave of electric energy into a cliff. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done near a mountain for it to work.

Name: jigyaku no jutsu (time reversal technique)
Description: This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis. For example, when the ANBU used this technique to bring back Naruto's memories about his conversations with Genno, Naruto was more specific about the ramen he shared with the old man rather than their conversations, which the ANBU were asking about.

Name: Lightning Blade
Description:The Lightning Blade is an enhanced form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks, but more concentrated. It is said to have gained its name after Kakashi split a bolt of lightning with it. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Blade requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Blade is more focused and blue.

Name: Kirin
Description: Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it. To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation . In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy.

Name: Ikazuchi Hakai (lightning destruction)
Description: The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Name: lightning hound
Description: By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release Ninjutsu, it requires a large amounts of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

Name: Lightning clone
Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.

Description:believed to be exlusive to high ranking cloud ninja.must have a lightining affinity. when user is struck by a direct lighning based attack, he manipulates his chakra and the lightning to redirect it out of his body and to another direction through hands or fingers.Kirābī uses this technique to expel Sasuke's Chidori effect when he got hit by it, leaving him unharmed.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Name: Kori shinchu no jutsu (Sly mind affect technique)
Kori Shinchu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

Dokugiri (Poison Mist)
Chakra is kneaded within the body and then changed into special chemical substances. It is then ejected through the mouth. When this substance comes in contact with the air outside the body, it instantly changes and is transformed into a mist of deadly poison. As this techniques combines ninjutsu, chemistry, and medical knowledge, using it requires fine chakra control and advanced ability in medical ninjutsu.

Name: Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu (Shadow Neck Bind Technique)
An advancement of Kage Mane no Jutsu. Once the target has been captured with Kage Mane, the user makes a hand seal to further the attack. The user then uses their shadow to form a hand, which will creep along the target to their neck and proceed to strangle them. However, those with much chakra are able to push back the shadow hand and resist the effects.

Name: Kagemane no Jutsu (The Art of Me-and-My-Shadow;shadow possession jutsu)
The user's shadow is extended to the opponent's shadow, combining them. This puts the attacker in control of the target's movements- the target is forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique. Given enough talent, the shadow can contract and change shape, and even get ahold of several targets at once. The shadow can also be connected with the shadows of other objects to extend its range.
Kagemane no Jutsu used to be called Kage Shibari no Jutsu. The name also suggests that in the past, the technique could only hold targets in place and not force them to copy the user's movements.

Name: Kageyose no jutsu (Shadow Endgame Technique)
The Shadow Endgame Technique is similar to the Shadow Sewing Technique. However, where Shadow Sewing uses shadow tentacles to tie down and restraint the opponent, Shadow Endgame allows the user to grasp and manipulate objects with the tentacles. This gives the Shadow Endgame Technique a wide variety of uses.

Name: Kage Nui no Jutsu (Shadow Sewing Technique)
The user first extends his shadow by using the Rat hand seal, then creates shadow tendrils by using the Bird hand seal. The tendrils can serve various purposes such as attacking or binding an opponent and/or attacking multiple targets such as when Shikamaru used the Shadow Sewing Technique against Sai's drawn animals about to attack Naruto Uzumaki. After the shadow sewing technique hits someone it can then be directly transformed back into shadow possession jutsu by changing the bird hand seal to a rat again.

This is a powerful genjutsu known to be forbidden among the Konohagakure ninja. It is a genjutsu that targets the mind and causes the target to see friends as foes. It is shown to even be something that causes even those with powerful bonds, such as Naruto and Sasuke, which is why this is known as an S-Rank Forbidden Jutsu.

A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

This jutsu allows the user to summon a large amount of water. The water then transforms itself into the shape of a snake and crashes down on their enemy, literally swallowing them. After it has swallowed them it turns into a river that carries their enemy away.

This technique allows the user to make a spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave, to which the user can control the direction the wave goes.

Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall (水遁・水陣壁, Suiton: Suijinheki; English TV "Water Style: Water Wall")
This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water that can be up to 360° if necessary. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping fire techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques such as those employed by KakuzuIn the manga the hand seal sequence for this jutsu ends in the same seal that activate the Byakugan, though Tobirama Senju only needs one to use this jutsu. Kakashi Hatake after the time skip is shown to be able to execute this jutsu in an area with no water by blowing water from his mouth (through his mask) suggesting that the ninja only blows out a stream of chakra that turns into water externally.

A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. This sword can also go through most fire jutsus.

Kinjiru Yobidasu no ryu (Forbidden dragon Summoning)
summonig jutsu in which the user may summon various dragons although dragons have been thought to be extinct, they are actually very much alive, but reside in an unkown location. they only come out every 100 years to feed, or if they are summoned. the only way to summon a dragon is to make a blood contract, and then promise your soul to the Buchoo no ryu(head dragon) once youve died. after that you must win in a fight against the head dragon. if you lose you will be eaten, and your soul will still belong to him. because the dragons like to remain hidden, they will only be summoned in emergancies or important situations. the dragons all have different elemntal traits, and they have a special ability which allows the summoner to use whatever elemntal trait they have whenever the summoner in atop the dragon. in size, the smallest dragon is 9 ft tall. the tallest is Yugameru, the head dragon, he is 50 ft taller than gamubunta and orochimarus summoned snake king.it is a forbidden summoning because of the fac that you have to give up your soul when you die

Name: Zui Quan (drunken fist)
Description: This unusual style of combat can't be learned or taught, it only occurs naturally, and requires the user to be drunk. Decent skill in some form of combat may also be helpful. Once the former condition is met, the user becomes an unpredictable fighter, seemingly unable to discern friend from foe.

Name: Limelight
Description: Limelight is a lightning-based technique that is used when all four users are placed in the cardinal directions. They will then join their lightning-chakra in the form of four connecting streams that shoot high into the sky above the target area. It will then create a lightning blast powerful enough to turn everything into ash within the area. According to Asuma, this technique is regarded as the most powerful of all lightning techniques.

Shizuku has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping maw to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.
