sorry about this question. but shouden't ther ebe different points for damage and cost. caus its obvious that the one with the most chakra is going to win

ok. cause. like i said, that if the attack only does damage to the amount it takes to form it, thes it is or will be implied that the person with more chakra will win

well. either way. we need to determin how much damage a jutsu does soon. or it will be that way most of the time

but it shouldent be this way all the time. i mean. if its this way, then it would be the person with the largest amount of chakra always win, you should really think up of a way to determin the damage for jutsus.
