About the new chakra point sytem

What this means is in battle this is the amount of charka you start out with. And yes you still post this number at the end of every fighting post you make. You also have to subtract aand keep up your own points you use or lose in battle.(QOUTE)

so does this mean that even if you are genin and have chakra points over 7500, u still have to have 7500?

You can have more than 7500 chakra points, but what it means is that when you get into a battle the max amount of chakra you can have is 7500 for Genin rank. I hope that cleared it up for you.
