The chakra spinning at such a speed and compacted into such a small state allows the spinning chakra to grind whatever it comes in contact with, causing major damage to it. When used on a person, it has been seen to grind into them, eventually blasting them back. For the Star Crystals to recharge, you have to wait for 10 posts for each one to only use Star Burst.

Type: Supplementary
Description: Using all 5 star crystals at the same time, Otonami will go into a temporary mode called Star Burst. He regains all his chakra back to maximum (7500). His power is immediately increased by double or triple and his speed is twice or tripled. When he uses a move, the chakra use for it is cut by half. The Sharingan cannot detect and copy this move as it needs the necessary tools for it. Once used, he can use a move called Star Style: Shooting Star. He is unaffected by any Genjutsu whatsoever. This move can only be used for 4 posts and once used, Otonami goes back to his original chakra than before but loses an additional 2,000. The Star Crystals may not be used again for the battle and this move can only be used once per battle.

Name: Star Style: Shooting Star
Type: Offensive
Description: This attack is almost impossible to dodge. This attack uses a combination of Otonami's chakra, star chakra, and part of his opponent's chakra. Once fully charge, it goes over than 1,000MPH (making a Sonic Boom noise) and can easily cut through the opponent. This move can only be used once per battle.

Using this move, Otonami tense up his muscles to a point in which it has more power than Tsunade. This move can last as long as it goes, but, when deactivating, Otonami's muscles are so tired that they're unusable. For the number of posts that Otonami has used Revolution Third is the number of moves that he cannot attack at all. During Revolution Third, Otonami loses 500 chakra points for each attack.

Description: Otonami's moves go up another step. His attacks are quadrupled the power but he loses half of his speed and agility. He goes into a yellow energy. Using this move, Otonami tense up his muscles to a point in which it has more power than Tsunade. This move can last as long as it goes, but, when deactivating, Otonami's muscles are so tired that they're unusable. For the number of posts that Otonami has used Revolution Third is the number of moves that he cannot attack at all. During Revolution Third, Otonami loses 500 chakra points for each attack.

Name: Sonic Blade: Rasengan
Type: Offensive, Ninjutsu
Description: Using his Sonic Blade, Otonami holds his Rasengan and puts it together with his Sonic Blade. When doing this, Otonami has to maintain the ball of chakra still, so he has to spin it around and keep his right hand on the Rasengan and his left hand on the Sonic Blade. The Rasengan has its own size and concentration multiplied by twice.

Name: Sonic Blade
Type: Tools
Description: These tools are for Otonami to use and are as small as a Kunai and can withstand a sword. He can mix chakra in with it and can mix element-type chakra into it as well. With these tools, he can use many ninjutsus with this.

Name: Star Crystals
Type: Supplementary
Description: There are 5 star crystals, all with each different elements. Once used, Otonami can use any jutsu on that affinity that he has seen (except Kekkei Genkais). Also, his chakra is immediately regenerated to full. These star crystals can only be used for 5 posts each. Once done using, Otonami is reverted back to his original chakra that he was in before and loses an additional 500. These can only be used once per battle for each crystal. For the Star Crystals to recharge, you have to wait for 10 posts for each one to only use Star Burst.

Synchronization Jutsus

These are partening jutsus. If my partner is with me on this jutsu, then I have to replace one jutsu on top. Once using this jutsu, we both lose the same chakra.

Name: Lightning Style: Sonic Tiger
Type: Offensive
Description: This move can only be used when Otonami and Zozo (Nasin) are together. This move is a synchronization jutsu. Otonami uses his Sonic Wave: Lightning Burst while Zozo uses his Rai Tora Hotonomi. Using the Sonic Blade as a base, Zozo uses his jutsu for the ability and he stuns in by touching it. Then, with synchronization, they both rush through and slice the opponent through, stunning him. Then, a burst of white, condensed, natural lightning comes from the sky out of nowhere and it critically hits the opponent and diminishes them.

Name: Sonic Shadow Clone
Type: Supplementary, Ninjutsu
Description: This clone can only be used once per battle. It is pretty much a complete similarity to Otonami and the real one can pass down chakra to the clone. The clone can only destroyed in 2 hits, but if it’s hit from a fatal one, it will immediately be destroyed. Once it’s destroyed, emitted sound waves come out and erupt on the opponent’s ears in agony.

Type: Defensive
Description: This move cancels a jutsu that is lower than B Rank since Otonami uses more chakra on it. If Otonami uses it on a No rank or A rank, then he uses 500 points.

Name: Pentagon Trap: Rasengan
Type: Offensive
Description: This move immediately wraps up the opponent with wind chakra that cannot be cut down. Four clones then come out and spreads out to form a perfect Pentagon. Then, the 4 Otonamis pull out their Sonic Blades and slash through the opponent. On the second post, Otonami comes in and uses a Rasengan at the opponent. This is an exception of the Kage Bunshin as an additional 250 points would be deducted into this move.

Name: Sonic Wave: Tearing Tornado
Type: Offensive, Wind-Based
Description: The Sonic Blade is filled with 5ft of wind chakra and with 200MPH of speed, Otonami cuts right through the opponent, forming a huge X at their chest. After 10 seconds, the opponent is then blown away by 5 F-4 tornadoes.

Name: Sonic Wave: Lightning Burst
Type: Offesnive, Lightning-Based
Description: Filling his Sonic Blade with 7,500 volts of electricity, Otonami immediately cuts through the opponent with a speed of 200MPH. Natural lightning then comes out of the sky and critically hits the opponent.

Name: Sonic Wave: Earth Crack
Type: Offensive, Earth-Based
Description: This move cannot be used if Otonami doesn't use his earth star crystal. Otonami uses his Sonic Blade to turn to Earth that is stronger than steel, slashes through the opponent and makes him bleed entirely.

Name: Sonic Wave: Atomic Explosion
Type: Offensive, Fire-Based
Description: This move cannot be used if Otonami doesn't use his fire star crystal. With 200MPH, Otonami immediately slashes through the opponent and a huge explosion like the size of an atomic bomb (half the size) occurs. Otonami is unaffected.

Name: Revolution Second
Type: Supplementary
Description: Otonami's move go up one step. His attacks are all greatly increased by speed and agility and give off an explosive effect. He goes into a reddish type mode. If he uses it at a Genjutsu that he's trapped on, he can immediately cancel it. This supplementary move uses nutrients of his body for blood circulation, which is why Otonami would be immediately hungry. This move may only last up to 8 posts. If Otonami uses this a second time, he loses another half, but is unable to move for 20 posts after the usage. This move can only be used twice per battle.
Rank: A (depending on the jutsus he's going to use)
Side-Effect: This takes up half of his chakra and he's immediately hungry after use.

Name: Machine Gun Slashes
Type: Offensive
Description: Otonami can only use this if Revolution Second is in phase. Otonami then says the name, and gives the character one post to do something. After that post, Otonami releases all of his energy and does repeated slashes or stabs in blinding speed for about 50 times. Since this is in Revolution Second, the explosion effect still occurs for each slash or stab and the opponent is trapped in the combo moves until the last stab.

Well the character is approved in the character section, while jutsus are approved in the Jutsu section. This is where you put what has been approved.
