Itachi Uchiha's Jutsu

Name: Amaterasu (天照; Literally meaning "Illuminating Heaven")

Amaterasu is an Eye Technique of the Mangekyo Sharingan. It is one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence, opposite of Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power. Itachi Uchiha was the first person shown in Naruto that could use Amaterasu. The jet-black flames are said to be as hot as the sun. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through Jiraiya's Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, which Jiraiya states to be fire resistant. Not surprisingly, it appears to use a large amount of chakra. Though stated in the data book to burn everything reflected on its retina, Zetsu also commented that the Amaterasu burns everything within Itachi's wide field of vision to cinders with an unholy black flame, to the degree of being able to burn an entire forest or village with it. Where ever the user focuses his eye on a object, the flames will appear at the exact spot without moving making it unavoidable as long as the user keeps his vision on the target.

Name: Tsukuyomi (月読; Literally meaning "Moon Reader")

Named after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful Genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyo Sharingan can perform it. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. An example of this is Kakashi Hatake, who had to be hospitalized for quite some time after Itachi performed the Tsukuyomi on him.

Name: Susanoo (須佐能乎; Literally meaning "[He] with the ability to help by all means")

Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi wielding the sacred Yata no Kagami (八咫鏡, Eight Span Mirror), a mirror that's considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, as a shield in its left hand, and in its right, the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (十拳剣, Ten Hands Long Sword), also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (酒刈太刀, Sakenagi no Tachi; Sake Cutter Longsword). The Totsuka no Tsurugi, commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in an eternal dream-like illusion, and is described as the perfect counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword.[1] Like the Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi, Susanoo is an ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Zetsu said that Susanoo's Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Itachi invincible.

Name:Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere (Katon: Gōenkyū; English Game "Fire Style: Blaze Ball")

Itachi exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact.

Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique (火遁・豪火球の術, Katon: Gōkakyu no Jutsu; English TV "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu")
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)

After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Name: Clone Great Explosion (分身大爆破, Bunshin Daibakuha)
Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)

This jutsu works in combination with the Shadow Clone Technique to create a shadow clone that will explode on command. The blast created is considerable, and could potentially kill an attacker engaged in hand-to-hand combat.

Name: Shadow Clone Technique (影分身の術, Kage Bunshin no Jutsu; Viz "Art of the Doppelganger", English TV "Shadow Clone Jutsu", UK DVD "Art of Shadow Body Splitting")

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can tell the difference during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End, albeit they might just make him able to keep an eye on the original Naruto.

Using the Sharingan's jutsu-copying abilities, the user can turn any genjutsu back onto its original user.

The jutsu prevents the Sharingan user's mind from being taken over by an opponent. The opponent is pierced and immobilized by illusionary yokes, making it an effective means for torture and interrogation. It has only been seen used in response to Orochimaru's Living Corpse Reincarnation.

Name: Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body

This genjutsu requires the Sharingan and eye contact to be activated. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce his/her dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.

Unlike other genjutsu, Itachi does not need to make eye contact with the target to use this technique, instead activating it by simply pointing at them. Crows flock from Itachi and turn into shuriken that bombard the opponent. They then experience the sensation of their body parts turning into their closest friends.
