Mizukage's Office

This will be the control center of all Kiri. This is where I, Uchiha Madara (a.k.a Gigamonch) will be residing as the Mizugakure and I will run the cillage under a militarist totalitarian system. Basically it's under martial law, but under this martial law it ain't so bad, the economy is booming and we have the sickest ninja around (Oh yes, water ninja are crazy bastards, remeber Zabuza?)

At a desk in the other room, a sign is put up:

"Leave mission requests here, The Mizukage will input a leveling system very soon for genin to be promoted. He will get back to your mission requests shortly. Also, please note that only Kirigakure ninja's are eligible for mission training."

As any kage, he is stuck with the boring duty of, paperwork.

He takes a seat in his favorite chair.

The Mizukage was sitting in his chair, looking outside his window.

It's so quiet.

He straightened up his posture.

I wonder how the new guard is doing with his task......

He better be following my directions to the letter, unless he wants his family to be sleeping in the great river, that is.

Madara thought to himself....

I am so... bored, that guard guy was such a let down, now I have to find someone else...

Madara got up and stood near the window.

Hmph....

He observed the people going about their usual activities..... He was wondering which one of these would actually be of any use to him.

Five, maybe seven people at most. ten wold be really lucky.

And then it hit him.

I wonder, I have the ANBU, why don't I assemble a team of 10 men and it'd be like a super squad?

Madara chuckled because he thought of such a stupid term "Super Squad", it just seemed ridiculous to him...

But where will I get such people to fill my squad? I'm really not into genetic experimentation like that Orochimaru, and besides look at where it got him, dead, that;s where.

He thought about the possibilites. He thought long and hard.

If I collect storng missing-nins, then wouldn't it be a criminal organization? hmmmm.... I could always draw on the resources of Kirigakure for financial back-up, but wait! people would notice, I must do this underhandedly to prevent people of Kirigakure opposing me...

Then he stood bolt upright.

It was so simple! of course!

And he stormed out of the room.

He was almost running down the streets to reach his destination...... he was oddly enough, smiling on the inside.

Madara had returned to wherever he went, with a smile on his lips, not that anybody could see it though. He felt warm inside, a rare feeling for him, and he chuckled quite childishly.

I feel like a kid again.

And he continued to fill the night with the sound of his laughter, oddly enough it wasn't scary at all. It was comforting for the villager actually.

Of course, he won't be laughing until the end of time, so he stops.

Aiiee, that was a good laughing fit, it's been a long time since the last one.

He gets a calm look on his face that makes it look as if he is remembering stuff. Most likely a happy flashback.

Madara is seen coming back from a trip, most probably a trip concerning his "plan".

Hmmm, Irou has gone AWOL, I wonder where he could be...

Madara moves towards his desk. Where a stack of papers are waiting for him.
