ok off to the village of the snow

Otonami holds a balloon in his hand and closes his eyes. Suddenly, Otonami uses his other hand and starts to move his hand repeatedly at the balloon and then his hands stop at the top and his eyes focused with concentration. "COME ON!"

The balloon suddenly pops after a few seconds and Otonami is blown away from the chakra. He lands hard on the ground and shakes his head. ****! Come on! Otonami thought. For 3 weeks I've tried in this step!

I'm going to try again. "HA!" Otonami shouts as he gets another balloon and does the same procedure as last time. It's working!. Just when he thought it, he was blown by the chakra again. "Arg...so close..." Otonami said quietly.

Otonami gets another balloon from the bag and repeats the same procedure. After 10 seconds with no motion, the balloon didn't pop. I think I did it! Otonami waited more and the balloon didn't do anything. Ok, let's test it! Otonami holds the balloon, goes toward a tree, and thrusts the balloon at it. Immediately, the balloon grinded at the tree and Otonami braces himself as the balloon is shreaded to bits and sphere of chakra was on Otonami's hand against the tree. The sphere was immediately gone, and the tree had a huge hole like a giant drill went through it. Otonami pants wildly, "No...there are still marks. It's not perfect enough yet."

Otonami gets his last balloon. He takes a deep breath. He then repeats his own procedure. He maintains his own chakra, and he thrusts at another tree. The balloon pops immediately in contact and a sphere of chakra, much more concentrated and maintained. "RASENGAN!" Otonami shouts and he grinds the tree like a huger drill went through it. As it stops, Otonami sits at the floor at a sudden rate. "Phew..."

Otonami looks to his side to see Sinister. "Hey, isn't that the guy who thinks I have an attitude?"

"No problem. BE SAFE!" Raiga bellows as Otonami runs in his super speed in 50MPH. "Ok...off to Iwagakure..." Otonami mutters. "Or...I should stop by Yukigakure when I return..."

After rigorous running, Otonami makes it to the blacksmith's shop. "Hey, Raiga!" Otonami shouts as he knocks at the door. The door opens and the blacksmith was there. "Otonami! Your safe!" And he gives him a hug.
