man i can't even think how long it was when i slept that long.I should look for some of the group members and see if they got the message.

*goes to the closet changes his clothes, but the clothes are heavier and and the new clothes are pretty much the same*

running with all of this is tough.

i'm now movin in my reg. speed before i put these weights on.
