description: this technique is much like raikiri except that instead of 1 hand snider wields it in both hands as a buff instead of a one time use technique. snider has reached the pinnicle of technique that he does not need to use any hand seals for the technique and can just use it at will. due to the intensitiy of the lightning chakra being emitted, the lightning will strike randomly around snider stunning those that is hit by it for 1 post.

description: after the gathering of lightning chakra over his hand,snider will then use the lightning chakra to manipulate the natural lightning creating a long stream of lightning running down from the sky to snider's hands. unlike kirin when using this move, snider does not sends a stream of pure lightning from his hand however summons lightning to strike down on whatever direction his arms are at and doesnt require thunderstorm clouds to use this. more effective when there's a thunderstorm

Artifial abilities

bones: metallic bones composed of alloy which is made of unknown material which has the same properties as a compressed londsdaleite which is stronger than diamonds and also composed of chakra metal.(experimentation)

regeneration: immense healing ability,able to regenerate organs and limbs(experimentation)

lightning rod: due to the composition of kuro's body, he is able to disperse the chakra in an opponents attack however not able to do so with a rank B-S techniques

regeneration:
cuts and burns takes up to 2 posts to heal
limbs and bones takes up to 4 posts in order to heal
partially dmged inner organs parts takes up to 6 posts to heal
totally dmged inner organs takes up to 8 posts to heal

sound awareness:
snider is able to use the sound in the area to predict and detect movement no matter how far he is from the opponent.

sure...its edited...not really sure how the thing goes when i made it..

Make the first one 2 of your posts, and the second one 4 posts make the the thrid one 6 posts and the last one 8 posts and it'll be approved
