Houzki Suigetsu's jutsu

---Kubikiri Hōchō (Guillotine Sword): Formerly Zabuza Momochi's sword, but now Suigetsu's sword. The sword is shaped like a giant butcher knife. It has a circle cut out of the top and the semicircle near the handle, as demonstrated by Suigetsu, seem to fit its purpose of decapitation aptly. Its handle also appears to be detachable, as Suigetsu is shown screwing it off when not in combat and reattaching it for combat. While the handle is taken off, it is relatively short. When reattached, however, it seems to extend by about four times its length.

Description: when suigetsu uses this jutsu it envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by suigetsu, allowing him to create a mist so thick that even he can't see through it.

Description: When suigetsu calls on this a vortex of water will appear before him in a body of water (or water particals in the air) and fly towards the opponent. Because of the force behind this, this would be very hard to get out of untill the opponent would hit something.
