Kirigakure Town Proper

Dude I have to go now..

and with that the Mizukage poofed away.

*after running for several days, kanda alone again, enters kirigakure*

*kanda goes into an ally and some thugs corner him*
thug 1- well wel. what do we hav here
kanda- can you not bother me. i'm in a bad mood
thug 1- oh yah. i'll show you a bad mood
*the thugs gang up on kanda but kanda then does some hand seals and a large tornado forms around him cutting p all the thugs alot and then kanda leaves the ally. when some peopl e pass, they found the thugs all cut up and took them to the hospital*
kanda- man. i told them i was in a bad mood. but did they listen to me. no
*kanda finds a ramen shop and his stumach growls. and then kanda goes to eat some ramen*

As madara often did on boring afternoons, he went for a stroll.

As the people stepped back to let him pass, he thought to himself,

How boring, people here are no fun, it's all "Mizukage, mizukage," then bow down, Well, what can I do? I'm not really into that whole dress-up-as-a-villager thing.

He continued to think and ponder what to do to make things NOT boring

I could go to Sunagakure, but there's too much sand there... Konoha's pretty cool, but I have agrudge against that place.
