Lightning Based

Name: Lightning Steps (雷歩, Raipo)
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S Rank
Range: Long Range (0-10km)
Description: Samui creates a vortex, which opens a rip in the space-time. This vortex can be used to travel anywhere within seconds. Also, this vortex looks like lightning moving from one place to another, hence the name. In the vortex, Samui cannot be touched and only Samui can use the vortex. If anyone else attempts to use it, they will be forever trapped in a Lightning dimension, continuously zapped by lightning.
Requirements: A kunai with a tag must be stuck into an object. Samui can only teleport anywhere in a 10m radius within the kunai

Type: Supplementary
Rank: A Rank
Range: Short range (0-5m)
Description: Using Lightning chakra, Samui creates a barrier of lightning around the target. He can also use it like the Lightning armor, to protect himself, but it is less powerful. The barrier of lightning also electrocutes anyone who tries to escape. If someone beside Samui is inside, the prison shrinks until it completely electrocutes the enemy.

Description: The Lightning Prison Technique rapidly shrinks, and its electrocution rate grows by tenfold

Name: Hidden Mist Technique (霧隠れの術, Kirigakure no Jutsu; Viz "Kirigakure Jutsu"", English TV "Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu"; Meaning (Viz) "Art of Hiding in the Mist")

Description: This jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist, reducing visibility within the affected area. The density can be controlled by the user, allowing them to create a mist so thick that even they can't see through it

Fuinjutsu

Name: Five Elements Seal (五行封印, Gogyō Fūin; English TV "Five Pronged Seal")
Type: Supplementary

Range: Short range (0-5m)
Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time.

Name: Eight Trigrams Sealing Style: Temporary (八卦の封印式: 一時的, Hakke no Fūin Shiki: Ichijiteki; English TV "Eight Sign Seal")

Description: Like the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style, only it lasts only until the Bijuu chakra has been sealed fully. Meaning that it is a one time seal until the person reverts to normal.

Taijutsu

Name: Spear Hands (Shipura Hantsu; しぷら はつ)

Description: Uses normal chakra to sharpen the air in front of the hands.

Genjutsu

Name: Mist Servant Technique (霞従者の術, Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu)

Description: This genjutsu creates clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of a blackish, oil-like liquid. When attacked, the clones regenerate themselves. The clones can be controlled to make it seem as if they're throwing kunai. The user can then time their attacks with those of the clones.

Description: This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis

Description: Focuses a ball of chakra at mouth and fires it. Power depends on number of tails.

what happens when you change into a dragon

nothing much. I'm just more versatile and flexible.
My speed does increase and i gain the ability to change chakra (even my opponent's) into ice. CAn't do that for jutsu tho

yah. i agree with kaname, only one kenkkei genkai. 2 are too cheap

it's not exactly two. Haku's kekkei is to change water chakra into ice chakra. I'm simply using it to make ice type jutsu. But if you must then I will cancel the Demonic Crystal Ice Mirrors

If your talking about Haku from the anime then your wrong his KKG was the ice mirrors, but REPOST acorrding to the new rules with your one KKG and it'll be approved.
